Every year, Japan experiences and array of seasonal changes with temperatures varying from warm to freezing cold. Right now, we are in the winter season. It’s been cold here in Tokyo with a minimum temperature of 1°C for today. I had just finished my mobile class here in Tennozu Isle and now it’s time for a break.
Office workers are going in and out of restaurants and convenient stores for lunch. As for me, I decided to have a cup of hot coffee to warm me up. Many people enjoy having coffee on a cold winter’s day, that’s why most coffee shops are filled with customers craving for that addictive taste and rich aroma on days like this.
Aside from being delicious, coffee is also beneficial for you as it’s full of antioxidants, a substance that helps you stay young-looking and caffeine that helps you stay awake and productive the entire day. However, take it easy on the caffeine. Too much caffeine in your body is not good for the health, especially for the heart. Enjoy it in moderation.
Needless to say, coffee is such a relaxing way to indulge yourself and “let it all go.” Whether you like yours hot or cold, there’s nothing like a cup of coffee to warm your soul. No wonder why a lot of people are addicted to it.
